An agent, its own account, and your rules
Give agents payment rules, not your keys. Set what it may

Protection, without handing anyone your money
No existing chain can do this. Checking a rule against every
other rule, and letting a rule govern its own amendment, are
properties of how Tau is built.

Rules that protect your other rules
A control is only as strong as the process for changing it. So
each rule can be governed by another: you set the rule, then set
the conditions for amending it, then set what it takes to
change those. Even create rules that no one, not even you, can
change.

This account can only send funds to my two children.
Two confirmed addresses. Any other destination is rejected by
the wallet at signing time, not flagged for review afterwards.

Who can amend it
Amending it needs three approvals plus my authenticator.
My sister, my solicitor and my eldest son each sign from their
own device, and I confirm with a code. Three of three, or the
change does not execute.

What locks it
No one can ever remove an approver.
The removal itself requires the group's consent, held open
for 30 days where all of them can see it, and any one of
them can halt it outright. There is no override, no admin
key, and no path that runs through us.

What that adds up to
Getting around rule 01 means first amending rule 02, which
means first unwinding rule 03 — in public, with a month's
notice, and with three other people watching.
